- Typical fit check (quick and reliable): your pet should be able to (1) lie down fully stretched, (2) turn around easily, and (3) sit without the top of its head touching the roof. If your pet meets those three checks, this carrier will be comfortable.

How to measure your pet (simple):
- Length: measure from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail.
- Height: measure from the floor to the highest point of the shoulders while your pet is standing.
- Chest/Girth: measure the widest part of the ribcage behind the front legs.
- If your pet is near or slightly above ~25 lbs, use the three fit checks above (lie down, turn around, sit) as the deciding factor rather than weight alone.
