Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ortekor is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Ortekor is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ortekor is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
