30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How To Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return instructions.
Returning Your Item
After receiving approval:
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging
- Send the item to the return address provided in the return authorization email
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely
We are not responsible for returns lost during transit without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take several days before the refund appears)
- Contact your bank for further processing updates

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
If an order is cancelled before shipment, a processing or restocking fee may apply to cover payment processing costs.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may still be eligible for return according to this policy.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
