Each size is a single-piece bed with a plush top and bolstered edges (bolster height shown above). Choose the size that gives your dog room to stretch comfortably — we recommend a bed length at least 6–12 in longer than your dog’s body length (nose to base of tail).
How to measure your dog: 1) Have your dog stand naturally. 2) Measure from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail (not including the tail). 3) Add 6–12 in to that number to find your ideal bed length. Also measure the widest part of the shoulders to ensure the bed width is comfortable. If your dog likes to curl, you can choose the exact length; if your dog stretches out to sleep, pick a size at the upper end of the recommendation.
