- Best for: Small dogs and cats up to about 15 lbs (examples: Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, Maltese, Toy Poodle).
- If your pet is 15–20 lbs, measure before ordering — pets with a body length of 12 in or less and a chest girth of 14 in or less may still fit comfortably.

How to measure your pet (use a soft tape measure):
1) Body length — measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail (in inches).
2) Chest girth — measure the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs (in inches).
3) Weight — weigh your pet in lbs. - Quick fit check: if your pet's length and chest are at or below the recommended values above and the pet weighs ~15 lbs or less, the carrier should be comfortable. Allow about 1–2 in of extra room for sitting and turning.
